The PGDHRM program at BIHRM is a full-time program that prepares students for a career in human resource management. The program covers a wide range of topics and includes a number of experiential learning opportunities. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to apply for the CHRM certification.

Human resource management (HRM) is called the backbone of an organization because it provides the required manpower for the present and futuristic needs.
PGD in HRM (Human Resource Management) is one of the popular programs of BIHRM because they help students to get an in-depth understanding of both (Administrative and Behavioral) from the subject.
Its aim is to prepare students to become better human resource professionals for playing the role of a futuristic leader by teaching different perspectives.
