Description
Bangladesh Sweden Polytechnic Institute (BSPI) is a government-run technical education institute located in Kaptai, Rangamati Hill Tracts, Bangladesh. It was established in 1962 as a joint venture between the governments of Bangladesh and Sweden, and was initially known as the Swedish-Pakistan Institute of Technology. After the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, the institute was renamed BSPI.
BSPI has a well-qualified and experienced faculty, and its workshops and laboratories are equipped with modern equipment. The institute also has a strong track record of placing its graduates in good jobs. Many BSPI graduates go on to work in leading engineering and technology companies in Bangladesh and abroad.
