WARD – PGDHRM

The PGDHRM program at World Academy is a 12-month, online program that prepares students for a career in human resource management. The program is accredited by the International Professional Accreditation Council (IPACC) and is aligned with the curriculum of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

The program covers a wide range of topics, including:

• Compensation and benefits
• Training and development
• Performance management
• Labor relations
• Employee relations
• Occupational health and safety
• Strategic human resource management

In addition to classroom lectures and discussions, the program also includes a number of experiential learning opportunities, such as case studies and simulations. This helps students to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.

Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to apply for the SHRM-CP certification. This is a globally recognized certification that demonstrates a professional's competence in human resource management.
