The PGDHRM program at AIUB is a 1-year, full-time program that prepares students for a career in human resource management. The program covers a wide range of topics and includes a number of experiential learning opportunities. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to apply for the HRMP certification.

The American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) program. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage human resources in a variety of organizations. The program covers topics such as human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor relations.
The PGDHRM program is offered in a blended format, with both online and on-campus components. The online component allows students to learn at their own pace and from anywhere in the world. The on-campus component provides students with the opportunity to interact with faculty and other students, and to participate in hands-on learning activities.
The PGDHRM program is accredited by the Bangladesh Accreditation Council (BAC). The program is also recognized by the Association of Human Resource Management Consultants (AHRMB).
