ABP – PGDHRM

The Academy of Business Professionals (ABP) offers a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHMR) program. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to manage people in organizations. It covers a wide range of topics, including managing the HR environment, managing individuals and teams, recruitment and selection, appraising and motivating human resources, developing and managing talent in organizations, and compliance and industrial relations.

The program is 12 months long and is offered in a blended mode, with both online and offline components. It is taught by a team of experienced faculty members. The program also includes a compulsory internship, which gives students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting.

After completing the PGDHMR program, graduates will be able to analyze and interpret human resource data, develop and implement human resource policies and procedures, manage the recruitment and selection process, design and deliver training and development programs, evaluate employee performance, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, resolve employee relations issues, manage industrial relations, understand organizational behavior, and develop strategic human resource plans.
